SCHOOL LEADERSHIP TRAINING IN MALAWI PODCAST

Can improvements to school leadership improve student progression and test scores, even in a low-income context? Malawi's primary schools struggle to provide students with quality education. This project tested a custom-designed multi-phase school leadership training programme to try to improve the capacity of school leaders to conduct key activities and found substantial impacts on learning outcomes at a low cost.
