CSAE Conference Poster Session Guidelines

We will be displaying research posters created by DPhil students at the CSAE throughout the CSAE Conference 2024. We will run two dedicated poster sessions in the programme where the students can stand with their posters and discuss them with participants of the event (the posters will be split into these sessions so researchers will only attend one session with their poster).

Applying to be part of the poster sessions

If you are a CSAE DPhil student and would like to take part in a poster session at this year's conference, please email csae.conference@economics.ox.ac.uk with your name, research title, and year of study.

We will prioritise final year students if we are over capacity.

Creating a research poster

Research posters should be A2 size and a PDF version should be sent to csae.conference@economics.ox.ac.uk by 28 February 2024. The CSAE will then organise for the posters to be printed (and pay for the printing costs).

When will the poster sessions take place?

We will have two poster sessions in the CSAE Conference 2024 programme where the DPhil student will stand with their poster and discuss their work with participants at the event. Posters will then be displayed throughout the event outside of these sessions. Students only need to attend with their poster for one of the two sessions, this will be communicated directly once the programme is finalised.
