What happened at the CSAE Conference 2019?
What a fantastic few days at St Catherine's College for the CSAE Conference 2019. Thank you to everyone involved, you all helped to make the event a great success. This year, the programme included a keynote speech from Eliana Ferrara (Bocconi Univeristy) on ' The Entertaining Way to Behavioural Change: Fighting HIV with MTV', an opening plenary panel discussing 'What will automation and AI mean for the economic prospects of Africa?', a closing plenary on ' African trade in the age of global trade turbulence' and many parallel session on a range of development economics topics.
